GOVERNANCE OF CIDEF
The Charted Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF) has three layers of administrative oversight bodies. These are (a) the Council Members drawn from professional development finance bodies and specialists in the area of development finance (b) Academic Accreditation Board who are partner academic institutions, specialist individuals and training providers and (c) Management Committee Members who are the staff members of CIDEF with responsibilities for implementing the projects of CIDEF. Council Members and Accreditation Board play advisory roles and are, therefore, non-executive oversight bodies.
