Do you have a degree at Honours, Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s level in Finance, Economics, Banking, Insurance, Accounting, or MBA (with strong finance and quantitative components)? If yes, then you can become a Chartered Development Finance Analyst through a conversion process by taking any 3 CIDEF accredited courses below.
To be admitted to the program, an applicant MUST have either a minimum of honours (or 4-year degree), Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s or MBA (excluding Master’s in Development Finance) in Finance, Accounting Economics, Banking or insurance. Full internationally recognised assessment-based membership of professional bodies in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Insurance or Economics (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CFA, Chartered Banker, Actuary etc.) will also be considered. To receive the Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA) Professional membership, a student MUST, virtually attend structured classes, submit individual assignments and write exams for THREE COURSES chosen from the list below.
