| Course Aims |
This course aims to equip participants with the principles of financial decisions making in order to generate shareholder value. The key aspect of these decisions lies on the investment and financing decision making process. The investment decision involves project and investment analysis, and the financing decision involves the various tools and available for raising finance. Thus the financial manager faces two broad questions: First, what investments should the organisation make? Second, how should it pay for those investments? The course covers the concepts that govern good financial decisions, and shows how to use the tools of the trade of modern finance. |
