This course aims to equip practitioners and candidates with up to date knowledge on financing small and medium enterprises. The course specifically deals with how entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and outside investors create new entities and take risk. The course prepares participants for a wide variety of situations and problems that start-ups might confront in an entrepreneurial venture.
